iSiP株式会社(以下「当社」といいます。）は、お客様その他当社の関係者の個人情報等の適切な取り扱い及び保護に関する方針を次の通りに定めます。

第１条 本ポリシーの適用範囲

本ポリシーは、当社が行う全ての事業活動、当社が提供するすべての製品及びサービス等に関する個人情報等に適用されます。ただし、当社が特定の事業、製品、サービス等において個別のポリシーを定めた場合には、同ポリシーが優先して適用されます。

第２条 定義

1. 個人情報

「個人情報の保護に関する法律」（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます。）その他の関連法令、個人情報保護委員会の定めるガイドライン等が定める個人情報をいいます。

2. 個人情報等

個人情報及びお客様等の識別に係る情報、通信サービス上の行動履歴、その他お客様の使用する端末に関して生成または蓄積される情報であって、当社が本ポリシーに基づき収集する情報をいいます。

第３条 関係法令・ガイドライン等の遵守

当社では、個人情報保護法その他の関係法令、個人情報保護委員会の定めるガイドライン等及び本プライバシーポリシーを遵守し、個人情報を適法かつ適正に取り扱います。

第４条 個人情報の取得及び管理

1. 当社は、個人情報を取得する際には、利用目的等をお知らせし、適法かつ適正な手段により必要な範囲で個人情報を取得いたします。

2. 当社は、個人情報等の漏洩、減失又は毀損等の防止をするとともに、個人情報を適切に管理するため、当社が適切と判断する内容で、組織的、人的、物理的、技術的な安全管理措置を講ずるものとします。

第５条 個人情報の利用目的

当社は、当社が取得する個人情報を、以下の利用目的の範囲内またはその取得状況から明らかである利用目的の範囲内で取り扱い、ご本人の同意がある場合または法令で認められた場合を除き、他の目的で利用しません。

1. 営業活動及び取引先管理のためのお客様に関する個人情報

2. 労務、人事管理、税務、社会保険当初手続きのための従業員、退職者及びその配偶者等の個人情報

3. 採用選考、入社手続きのための採用応募者の個人情報

第６条 個人情報の委託の取り扱い

当社は、前項の利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、個人情報の取り扱いを協力会社に委託する場合があります。ただし委託する個人情報は、委託する業務を遂行するに必要最小限の情報に限定します。

第７条 個人情報の第三者提供

当社は、本人の事前同意がある場合又は法令で認められる場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供いたしません (前条の委託による場合を除きます）。

第８条 本ポリシーの変更

当社は当社が適当と判断する方法で告知することにより、本ポリシーを変更できるものとします。当該告知は事前に行うものとしますが、緊急又はやむを得ない場合にはこの限りではありません。

We will comply with the Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws and regulations, guidelines, etc. established by the Personal Information Protection Committee, and this Privacy Policy, and handle personal information in a lawful and appropriate manner.

Article 4 Acquisition and Management of Personal Information

When acquiring personal information, we will inform you of the purpose of use, etc., and acquire personal information to the extent necessary through legal and appropriate means.

In addition to preventing leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, etc., the Company shall take organizational, personnel, physical, and technical safety control measures in what the Company deems appropriate to properly manage personal information.

Article 5 Purpose of Use of Personal Information

MJPM shall handle personal information it acquires within the scope of the following purposes of use or within the scope of the purposes of use that are clear from the circumstances of its acquisition, and shall not use it for any other purposes, except with the consent of the person in question or as permitted by law.

Personal information related to customers for sales activities and business partner management

Personal information of employees, retirees, and their spouses for labor relations, personnel management, taxation, and initial social insurance procedures

Personal information of applicants for employment for the purpose of employment selection and hiring procedures.

Article 6: Handling of personal information entrusted to us

We may outsource the handling of personal information to subcontractors to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use described in the preceding paragraph. However, the personal information to be entrusted shall be limited to the minimum necessary to perform the entrusted task.

Article 7 Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

We will not provide personal information to third parties, except with the prior consent of the individual or as permitted by law (except in the case of outsourcing as described in the preceding article).

Article 8 Changes to this Policy

The Company may change this policy by notifying the public in a manner the Company deems appropriate. Such notice shall be given in advance, but this shall not apply in case of emergency or unavoidable circumstances.
